At Newbury Comics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging with all seals intact; please note that opened media such as vinyl, CDs, and DVDs cannot be returned unless defective.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our primary distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
